REFUND & CANCELLATION POLOCY
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days from date of email notifying your approval of refund
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In case of delay in refund, for whatever reason, The BUNIQ ENTERPRISE shall not be liable to compensate or pay for any interest or damage or loss of opportunity. You accept and acknowledge that the maximum liability that may entail to The BUNIQ ENTERPRISE shall not exceed the price of the product paid by the user or customer claiming refund, to The BUNIQ ENTERPRISE.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING & EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@buniqbrew.com with the pictures or videos showing the defective portion of the product. For exchange, the product must be self-shipped by a reliable courier service to 2, VENTURE DRIVE, #14-02 VISION EXCHANGE, SINGAPORE 608526, within 48 hours of after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For any loss or damage to the products suffered during the transit, it is agreed that the user or the customers, requesting such return, shall be solely responsible for the same.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Cancellations:
The BUNIQ ENTERPRISE reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. The BUNIQ ENTERPRISE will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made to the user or consumer whose product is cancelled in a reasonable time.
Please mail us at support@buniqbrew.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet. Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped from our warehouse.
No cancellation applicable for customized products once the order is placed.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery. Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product leaves our order-processing center, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honored.
