- WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TEAS AVAILABLE?
We offer a wide range of tea types including black teas, chai teas, flavored teas, green teas, herbal teas, oolong teas, white teas and iced tea.
- WHERE ARE YOUR TEAS SOURCED FROM?
Our teas are sourced from the world-renowned tea gardens of India (Darjeeling, Assam, Dooars etc.), Nepal, Japan and South Africa.
- ARE YOUR TEAS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
The availability of teas depends on the season, our inventory and the order volume.
- DO YOU KEEP YOUR TEAS READY FOR DISPATCH?
We prepare blended teas only after we get the order to ensure that you receive fresh blends. The single estate teas are kept ready for dispatch.
- WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR TEAS?
Shelf life varies from tea types to tea types. Generally, herbal teas have a shelf life of 6 to 10 months, single-estate & straight tea blends have a shelf life of 24 months, and flavor blended teas have a shelf life of 12 months.
- DO YOU SHIP YOUR TEAS INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For International clients, the teas are delivered within 15 working days. Please note, depending on your order volume and type of teas, we will require 1 to 2 days of processing time.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a tracking ID once the teas have been dispatched.
